1. To establish the Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001 and to promote environmental management activities.

2. To identify environmental aspects for our activities, products, services and enhance the maintaining quality to prevent the environmental pollution within the practicable scope of technology and economy.

3. To comply with concerning legislation, regulation, agreement, requirement and implementation of in-house guidance.

4. To give priority to the environmental aspects below :

- To reduce waste quantity and motivate recycle system.

- To promote energy saving activities.

- To diminish Ozone depleting, Hazardous chemicals and Pollutant substances, where practicable, by substitute essences or application of replaceable technology.

5. To elevate Environmental Awareness and Responsibility of all persons on behalf of LTEC through training programmes.

                                                     Our  services ensure that all products are manufactured  under the effective quality assurance, basing on the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Standard.

         Accompanied with the strongly supporting functions, both domestic and overseas, we ensure effective and accurate customer response on  matters concerning with Quality's Corrective and Preventive Actions .

                                    Our continual Quality Improvement Programs, Quality Information and Application of Total Quality Management (TQM) will be the vehicle to improve our Process, Product Quality, Manufacturing Cost and Industrial Environmental Safety.

              We had certified ISO14001 on the environmental management system which is the standard for the modern business under the philosophy of sustainable developement in the industrial sector. The philosophy has been transformed into the reality for the benefit of society through the application of the production process which avoid the negative effect on the environment i.e. waste minimization, energy save, good community relation. The environmental-friendly production process add more benefit to the consumers.
